This necklace features a genuine 1-inch fossil lemon shark (Negaprion sp.) tooth, unearthed from ancient marine sediments dating to the Miocene or Pliocene Epoch — between roughly 23 and 2.6 million years ago.

The tooth has been carefully cleaned, clear-coated to protect its fossilized surface, and wrapped with wire for a secure, elegant finish. It hangs on a synthetic cord measuring 18". This version is decorated with black ceramic beads, as well as metal, silver-toned beads.
